This is the Evening Star Top from the summer issue of Interweave Knits. I used Lorna’s Laces DK Swirl in Chino. The cables show up a bit better in person than in the pic.

I’m glad I went with this yarn choice. Well, I had already bought the yarn not knowing what I would make with it, and this seemed like it would work. It seems like it’s going to be a hard-wearing yarn, and it’s comfortable, too. The color, while not the most exciting color to knit, is probably the most practical. I did enjoy knitting it, and loved that the sleeves were super short.
