OK, I got most of a cap done with 16" circular needles. Then I switched to DPNs (which weren’t as bad as I thought they would be). I’m doing K2tog to decrease. When I’m ready to gather the cap with a tapestry needle, how do I work this? Do I slide the needle and thread under the stitches while they’re still on the DPNs? Any advice would be appreciated.
When you get to the point where it’s time to stop cut a 12 in tail and thread your needle with it. Then slip the stitches onto the needle and pull through. I work it through the left over stitches twice and snug it up then weave in the end.
Thanks, I’ll give it a go!
