Embellishments

I have seen some really cute little baby dresses and I was wondering, how do you attach embellishments like ribbon flowers- do you use fabric glue?

I sew buttons and any additional pieces on tightly and doubly carefully. Everything goes into the mouth and you don’t want anything pulling off.
