Elegant Cardigan Pattern

Hello everyone

That sweater I was going to knit my mom has been changed into a cardigan… one she will be able to wear to the office and brag about to her colleagues  She works at the French Embassy so she has to look pretty sharp. I have a lovely alpaca boucle yarn to make it with

All I’m missing is a pattern >_< I’d make one myself but… I don’t know the first thing about design, yeah, it hurts to admit it…

So I’m looking for something elegant and simple, long-ish ('cause mom ain’t all that young and hip no more) with a deep v-neck and sleeves  Not too fitted either, she hates that. If you could help me find something, I’d be really grateful  Thankies all

Have you checked these free patterns out???

I’ve listed some patterns here that might work, but you’d have to check the gauge.

Wow, thanks  I’ll check it all out

I have this pattern book (the first picture shown on the top left of the link given) http://www.yarnfwd.com/ca/patternsher10.html and I think this cardigan is very classy looking. It isn’t very long, but I think you could make it longer very easily just by increasing the body length.
