I am looking at a poncho pattern that was done in Elann Sonata yarn. Does anyone know anything about this yarn? (i.e. is it a 100% cotton, a wool, weight, etc…). I couldn’t even find it on the Elann website! My son’s friend (an 8 year old girl) asked me to make her a poncho, and I want to make one that is spring/summer friendly. The pattern I found works from the bottom up in a triangle shape (increase every row until length is achieved). You make 2 identicle pieces, and do a 3 needle bind off to attach the shoulders.
