Easy Peasy Sand Stitch Reversible Cowl

I found this pattern by accident and the yarn too. These are the links to the pattern, which is free and to the yarn I used, which is a beautiful hand dyed yarn called speckled. It was fun to do with the added benefit of it being reversal, one side looks like ribbing and the other side is this sand stitch. I made it to wear with jeans and tshirt for our next cruise in Sept. PS: This particular yarn color has sold out!!! Sorry about that

Love it! I like the blue edge!

That’s so pretty! The yarn looks like sand and ocean so it’s perfect!

Oh, nice!

Very pretty! Perfect for casual days.

Pretty, pretty!

Lovely yarn and pattern. Beautiful cowl, too.
Thanks so much for posting the links.

That’s absolutely beautiful, I love the colour distribution. I looked at that yarn and it’s sold out, which is probably just as well!

Jeans and tshirt ay? Bet you’re wearing more of that today, lol!

***It’s cold here, but not as much as most parts of the country and no snow thank goodness. I think we were at 6 degrees this AM but warmed up quite a bit since then and will be back in the 50’s by the weekend. One of the reasons we moved from South Bend, IN 12 years ago. I am too old for snow and ice and really cold weather!

Very very nice! It’s classy looking!

That will be perfect with blue jeans! Love the colors!

The yarn works very well with the stitch pattern. Cowls are great, they are so wearable.
