E-Wrap cast on

This pattern calls for an E-Wrap cast on and I can’t find directions for it anywhere. Does anyone know how to do this? The patterns says:
On the end of N4, e-wrap cast on 3 sts, place marker onto needle, e-wrap cast on three more sts. Turn.
