Dropped Stitches on Roll Brim Baby Hat

Hello all! I dropped two stitches about 2 inches below where I am currently at. (Am knitting Roll Brim Baby Hat with size 7 US and 16" cord Addi circ)

I put them on a safety pin sine they were about to make my hat worse. And I was almost done too!!!

Can anyone out there explain how to fix these “dropped” stitches?

Thanks ladies. I just looked at it again and both stitches are almost 20 rows down! I tried this fix twice and it has not worked. I even own a copy of Knit Fix. I was just hopping there was something I could do besides frog this hat for the third time.

I will try it again with a crochet hook too.
