I’m trying to make an ipod cover by using dp needles and i dont know how to cast off, because when i tried before i sort of had on stitch left on each needle and it all went horribly wrong! helpp!
You cut the yarn, thread it through that stitch, and pull it tight. That’s all!
but last time i did it i ended up with one stitch on each needle? that cant be right can it?
You mean you end up with one stitch on each needle? You put them all on one needle and bind them off like normal, and pull the yarn through the last stitch.
Or, you could thread the yarn through all stitches andpull it tight, like the top of a hat. That should probably work.
