In the stitch pattern, you are supposed to dec 1 st every other stitch (if I am reading this right) on rows 11 and 21. When do you add them back in? Maybe I am missing something…

I don’t think it means every other stitch. I think it means decrease by one at the start and end of the row, knitting all the stitches in between. After doing that on two rows, you’d have decreased a total of 4 stitches.

the row before you do the YO after each stitch
these will make extra stitches unless you decrease in the next row for each YO
so if you had 25 st, and you K1,YO for the entire row you end up with 50 st

I have to agree with TwoLeftNeedles on this one. You do yo’s on the previous row, but you drop them off for the drop-stitch pattern. I think you dec and the beginning and end and knit in between.
I think Ingird and 2Lneedles are right
after relooking at the pattern, it DOES say to drop ALL loops off, then half the loops would slide up the stitch to even out the loose stitches
so, I was wrong
