knittting wool socks and am stuck on the heel, the heel flap is done but not sure how to pick up stitches and go on

If you slipped the stitches on the heel flap, picking up stitches is a breeze. Just put your needle below each V and āmakeā another stitch. Watch the video or take a peek at Silverās Sock Tutorial for assistance with this.
