Dolphin Pattern?

Hey there-
I’ve been trying to find a pattern for a knit dolphin toy and all the free patterns online seem to be crochet. Do any of you know of a free dolphin knitting pattern? Or is there a way to translate crochet into knit?

I looked on Ravelry and there’s a knitted dolphin in World of Knitted Toys. I don’t see any free ones though.
