Does This Pattern Have a Mistake?

Hi all!

I’m using [B]this[/B] pattern to make a pair of baby booties. I think I messed up the first booty and would like to figure out what I’m doing wrong.

I suspect that the pattern has a mistake.

Can someone take a look at the “Sole” section and see if Rounds 2,4 (same instructions) are correct? I can’t figure out why it says K2 at the end of the line if you’ve reached the end of the round.

And then, when you get to Round 7, it says to K20 (to marker). The math is not working out.

Ideas?

I’m not sure how much consolation this is but I do see your problems. I don’t understand the logic in the pattern either. I also see the math problem. The only suggestion I have to offer is to go on Ravelry to see who made these and sort it out with them.

Thanks, Jeremy. That’s what I’m doing now.

I wanted to make sure it wasn’t me, so now I feel better.

I may just do the decreases, forget about the K2 and work through Round 6, then bind off.
