Dish Pan Bubbles question

I’m trying to make the dish pan bubbles dish cloth pattern and it says to

[k1, yo, k1] in next sts.

Does that mean to knit in the front and back of the same stitch with a yarn over in between? I wanted to make sure before I go too far.

Taht’s exactly right: k1 in front, yo, k1 in back.
