When making dish clothes. Can you use acrylic yarn or does it have to be cotton
Cotton, acrylic won’t absorb water.
I only use cotton and no fabric softener when washing so they absorb well. Someone made me an acrylic one once and it’s not a good dishcloth.
The thread title amuses me…where do I get a pattern for a plate sweater? 
Anyway, teasing aside…like the others said, cotton or nada.
