Does anyone know of a video that shows the diagonal twisted method? Its a knit stitch and then purl stitch twisted. I understand that I skip the knit and purl into the back of the second, but I read that I then knit thru both stitches, is this correct?
You are unlikley to find a video of a pattern-stitch. Photos, yes. Video, no.
You can find videos of the different components of the pattern-stitch. But, as long as you can knit, purl, slip, work through the back loop then you can do the pattern-stitch.

There are several ways of doing twisted sts depending on the instructions in the pattern that you’re using. Here’s a video from Eunny Jang that gives some help on managing the sts. Perhaps the easiest is to reverse the order of the the sts first and then work them but your directions may be slightly different. Here’s another video for the lattice stitch which is similar.
