need help what does the pattern mean by ridges?
what does the pattern say, exactly? can you cut and paste the line you’re having troubles with (as well as a few lines before and after to give us context)

When you knit garter stitch (knit every row), it forms a bumpy ridged fabric. Each ridge is made of two knit rows. It is one way to count how many rows you have done.
