Maybe it was all a terrible misuderstandingā¦ but to repeatedly not contact you when you kept asking for input? Bummer.
Hope it doesnāt color your view of ordering from them. I havenāt tried myself, itās one of my to-doās.
I donāt think that non-response from 3 or 4 emails and one handwritten letter could be ājustā an oversight, unfortunately.
Ahhhh well, I donāt want to sit here trash talking knitpicks, I know so many of you love them. Their shipping to Canada prevents me from ordering from them anyways, this just puts the icing on the cake, so to speak.

When they solicit for submissions, they are asking you to enter into a business transaction. The least they can do is respond to your very reasonable request for information. We all will still order from Knitpicks, no one has beat their prices, but itās good to know that this has happened in case someone else runs into trouble. Donāt feel funny about posting this kinda stuff. Besides, we like to defend our friends!

I have to say, this doesnāt surprise me, though, knowing what I know about them ā they ripped off the pattern of a friend of mine and tried to pass it off as an original design after she refused to consent to give them exclusive rights.
And I wonāt get into the yarn. I know yāall love it. But thatās only because you havenāt tried the good stuff yet.
After seeing your beautiful socks in the pattern section, I have to say Iām astonished that they didnāt grab them up. Shame on them, once again!
