Hi Knitters  recently back into knitting but am confused on decreasing using following pattern. Question is am I decreasing every 10th row 4 times or 5? I am doing size 3. Thank you

Row 1 (RS): * K1, p1 *, rep from * to *, ending with k1.

Row 2: * P1, k1 *, rep from * to *, ending with p1.

Row 3: As Row 2.

Row 4: As Row 1.

These 4 rows form corn st, cont in patt as set until 10 rows in total have been worked.

Next row (dec): Patt 1, k2tog OR p2tog, patt to last 3 sts, skpo OR p2tog, patt 1.

Cont in corn st, working the decrease row on every foll 10th row 1 [1:4:7] times,

For size 3, you’ll do it 5 times. The initial decrease all sizes do, followed by 4 more β€œ10th row” decreases

Thank you very much :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
