Decreases for sleeve Rowan pattern

I am decreasing for a raglan sleeve using a Rowan pattern.
The pattern says to"work all raglan armhole decreases, dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of 2nd and 3rd foll 4th rows, then on foll 7 alt rows."

I take that to mean: Dec 1 at armhole edge, knit 3 rows, decrease on 4th, knit 3 more rows then decrease one. Then knit 1row without decreasing (a pearl row), decrease one, knit one, 7 times total.

Does that make sense?

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
Those are confusing. i wonder if it should be dec on the followong 2nd, 3rd and 4th rows, then on foll 7 alt rows. That would put the decreases on rows 2,3,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18.
Can you give us a link to the pattern or a pattern name?

Yes thank you!
