decrease pattern used by Galina Shemchuk on "Just A Hat" pattern

The first round on crown shaping of the hat includes the phrase "k3tog with central st. in front (= slip two stitches knitwise, K1 pass the slipped sts over). I know how to do a K3 tog and a central stitch. I don’t know what she means by “in front”. Can you tell me exactly what to do? Do I knit a 3 tog and then do a central stitch? It is a nice free pattern on Ravelry.

This is a centered double decrease, just as described in the parentheses. When you work it, the center stitch ends up “in front.” It’s all worked at the same time.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.
