Does the ssk decrease method, is that considered 1 decrease when my pattern says decrease 2.
Ssk is a single decrease. You’d need to do it twice. What are you making? Have a link?
I am making a baby blanket.
I got the pattern online. it is a redheart pattern and the number on it is LW2907.
Look at the top of the page under Special Abbreviations.
dec2 (decrease 2 sts)
= slip 2 sts together knitwise, knit
next st, pass the 2 slipped sts over the knit st.
What GG said. I suspected that might be the case which is why I asked for the pattern.
