Debbie Bliss Little Bear pattern

I am using the Debbie Bliss Little bear pattern, from the book Blankets Bears and Bootees.

I am knitting the little bear and am struggling with the head part. The pattern says:
47th row K7, K2tog, [k6, k2tog] 4 times (36 stiches)
K 1 row
Dec 5 sts in this way on next row and 4 foll alt rows. 11 sts. K 1 row.

I just cannot figure out how to decrease by 4 on row 51, so that I end up with the right number of stiches. Anyone able to help? I’ve attached a picture of that part of the pattern.20210117_200516|1200x1010

In each decrease row the number of sts between decreases will decrease by one.
47th row K7, K2tog, [k6, k2tog] 4 times (36 stiches)
49th row k6, K2tog, [k5, k2tog] 4 times (31 stitches)
51st row k5, K2tog, [k4, k2tog] 4 times (26stitches)
and so on.
