Hi I’m having trouble with the sleeve decrease. It states that after initial decrease there are 58 stitches. Then bind off 2 stitches at beginning and one stitch at end of next 6 rows. Leaving 22 stitches. Do I knit more than 6 rows or bind off 40 stitches.

Now can you take a picture of the instructions, just the few rows that you have asked about? (We do not want to post large portions of a pattern because of copyright issues).
Thanks for you response. I have managed to sort the pattern by a bit of guess work and simple counting.
