Hello everyone! 
I am trying to knit the Daybreaak shawl for a KAL that I am in. It is hosted by the yarngasm and a homespun house podcast on Ravelry.
This would be my 2nd shawl. I am stuck on one of the instructions.

and mention the specifics where you’re having issues. without breaking copyright and listing the whole pattern, which specific part/line/etc is giving you trouble?

The part that I am having issues with is at the beginning
for a ws part.
It says to repeat the steps except do the opposite.
how do you purl through a back or front loop?
are there any videos for this?

succinct directions from lion brand’s site: purling through the back loop twists the stitch. insert the right needle into the back of the stitch from back to front and continue to purl the stitch. ( with pictures at http://www.lionbrand.com/faq/93.html )
