I do not want a replacement because it will cost them money for something I have no need for. I don’t need another set of blocking wires, I already have the full set. If its not something I need, I don’t see a reason to waste money or effort on their side, especially if it wasn’t their fault. If the damage was done to something I needed I wouldn’t hesitate to get a replacement.
when i ordered my blocking wires they arrived in a bent tube with a broken yard stick as well. My wires actually were bent right in the middle though. It took me a bit to realize it since they ALL were but when i tried to lay them out to block it was pretty obvious. They immediately sent out another kit without asking for the other one to be sent back. This one arrived with a slight bend in the middle too, but it didn’t do any damage.
I was fortunate then, the wires were all in perfect shape. Bent wires wouldn’t be fun.
You paid for it and you should get it in good condition.
I am a bit disturbed about the stories of rudeness from KP customer service. Their excellent customer service is exactly why I continue to do business with them. Regardless of any other issues, I would definitely report such rudeness on the phone.
