Sent this little cap to my sister-in-law for my nephew, Dakota. Here he is modeling it. Just made up the stitches, no pattern, leftover yarn. He doesn’t seem to mind that his auntie is so random. (the scarf is their own. she just put it on him because the colors co-ordinated.)
Dakota's Cap
Very nice “random” hat! If you can make things like this you are headed in the right direction for making most anything on your own. Just keep stretching yourself a little at a time. That’s what I do, and I always feel out of my depth and wonder if I’ll be able to make my ideas really work. Always learning, that’s the key to success.
great photo it looks like an ad for the hat! He looks like he loves it…great job :yay:
He’s so cute! The cap looks like it pleases him a lot.
What a cute hat He looks happy!
LOL! It helps that his mother (my SIL) is a professional photographer. Everything she shoots turns out wonderful! (she’s doing some product shots for me right now, in fact.)
GO, Jenn!! :woot:
Lovely hat and the pic is amazing
Very nice work! Dakota is as handsome as any male child model I’ve ever seen! Thanks for sharing your family with us!
aaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwww! Thank you for letting me!
Da’Kotes is pretty used to being in front of a camera. He appears in SO MANY of her shots! She calls him her muse.
He’s adorable and I really love the neat looking stiches in your hat!
I definitely agree! Keep up the good work!
