Custom Woven Labels for FOs?

I would like to have some custom woven labels made that I can sew onto my knitted gifts. I’ve done some searching and what I’ve found are either very old-fashioned or very expensive (or both!).

Does anyone have a suggestion of where I can order custom woven labels that are both modern and affordable?

Look in the back of any knitting magazine, especially Interweave and Vogue, and you’ll find ads for labels. I know that there is an ad for labels in this month’s Vogue Knitting.
