Has anyone here made Oat Couture’s Curlicue Coverlet? I’ve had the pattern for about a year, but haven’t had the “right yarn”. I just got a bunch of Malabrigo worsted in Frank Ochre (dirty yellow) and Rhodesian (rust). I was wondering if this pattern would allow me to stripe the colors. Would it be possible, or would it result in a lot of extra ends to weave in? Or would the joins between the “sections” end up with odd dots of the wrong colors?
In my mind it would be stunning, but I don’t want to risk the yarn to find out
