Cross st

Hi everyone!

I just finished making one of the dinosaurs here and I want to put on his mouth and eyes but I have no idea what cross st is or how to do it!!! Can anyone help??

Xstch is really easy

I don’t know how it is on knitted items, but on a regular Xstch canvas there are four dots or which you are suppose to thread in one direction and come back

backward, but when you add it to what you’ve already got, it looks like this:

To do cross stitch, you are, Stitching a Cross, or X, as glucose101 described, one cross over one knitted stitch, with needle and thread/yarn.
