Can anyone tell mwe what (work even in BP)?

Its been quite some time since I have crocheted but I think it is referring to crocheting in the back post.

That’s a great website.

It means to work in the back post. Starting from the back bring hook from back to front then to the back. Work even means do the DC for whatever number of sts you already have on the piece for whatever number of rows you want for the size.
