My mom asked me to knit these booties for her friend’s twin great-grand-baby boys. I hope they will still fit, as the babies will be almost two weeks old by the time the booties reach them! Anyway, I had fun making them.

Thanks, everyone! The pattern is from Corinne’s Designer Knits page (http://corinnesknits.wordpress.com), or on Ravelry. The design is really ingenious. You can’t see it by looking at the photo, but the boot is really a booty-within-a-boot. This should keep the boots from falling off the baby’s feet. I used Knit Picks Palette yarn.
