Correcting without unraveling? pls help

I am a novice knitter, and am doing a simple child’s sweater on circular needles. Noticed a whole about 4 rows down - not sure, but doesn’t seem like a dropped stitch (doesn’t ravel down when I pull on it). I am terrified of ripping out! Is there a way to fix this, and is it possibly from knitting two stitches together? I am attaching photos of front and back of knitting.

If there’s a hole it may be an accidental YO. I can’t really see it, your pictures are too small. If there’s no loose loop (which you’d get from a dropped st) then later you can close it up. When you have an extra st it’s okay, doing a dec may show more. If it’s a dropped st, you can bring it up. There’s a video for that on the Tips page under Fixing mistakes.

Thank you
