Converting crochet to knitting

I downloaded from Lion Brand Patty the Puppy pattern and its in crochet. HELP! I can’t crochet. Is there a way to convert?

Did you look at the knitting patterns for “toys”? There’s two dozen toy patterns for free, including a bunny and a felted teddy bear.

No puppies though.

Those were the only two free patterns I saw on Ravelry - but my search capabilities may be waning tonight.
