Converting a Pattern

Hi!
Can anyone tell me how I could convert this crochet pattern http://frugalhaus.com/homepage/downloads/NP10.pdf

into a knit pattern? Or is it not possible at all?

How proficient a knitter are you? If you drew the outline of the finished crocheted piece, you could work a knitted piece (or pieces), using a combination of incs and decs, to match the shape. Fairly simple. If worked in garter it’d be dense, no issue of curling. Determine your gauge…based on a swatch with your desired yarn and ndls. Calc the number of sts to CO for the base of the bunny and work from there (inc/dec as you go).
