Confusion over Rowan pattern instructions

Hi,

Relatively new knitter here that might have over challenged herself. I’m currently attempting a knitted vest by following a Rowan pattern, and need some help deciphering the following:

inc 1 st at each end of 21st and 7 foll 20th rows, taking inc sts into patt. 113 [125:137:149:163:175]

I understand increasing stitches at the end of the rows, but am a bit confused exactly which rows I’m supposed to be doing apart from the 21 st…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kestrel, Follow the pattern to the first set of increases at each end of the 21st row, now call this row 1. You will increase again on rows,21,41,61,81,101,121,141.
