Confusing Pattern - Help!

Hello! I am stuck on a part of my pattern and would appreciate any help!

I have knit 8 rows of a ‘bobble’ pattern with no issues, row 3 and 5 both increase 2 stitches per row (ie. add 4 stitches total in the 8 rows). I am confused by this next part:

“These 8 rows form bobble patt and start side seam shaping. Working all side seam increases as set by rows 3 and 5, inc 1 st at each end of next and 2 foll 4th rows, the on foll 6th row, taking inc sts into patt.”

I am currently at 65 stitches, and after the instructions above I should be at 73.

Thanks is advance

Welcome to the forum!
If you call the next row, row 1 then you increase at each end of rows 1, 5,9 and 15. The increases will be worked at the stitch indicated in row 3 or row 5 (maybe one or two sts from either end) but from now on the increases will be on the rows I mentioned above.
