Confusing instructions on pattern

Hey everyone, this is my first post so be nice!! I’m new to knitting and I’m in the middle of making something for my nephew (when he arrives!!). Just need some help with a rowan knitting pattern called ‘little lamb’ as I’m struggling with what this line in the pattern means. I’m doing the sleeves. Any help would be amazing - photo attached (orange bit is where i need help) <3 (sorry my pattern is so messy)

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the soon to arrive new nephew!
Maybe this pattern?

These are often confusing instructions. For the smallest size you would decrease at each end of row 10 and 20. For the largest, decrease at each end of rows 7,14,21,28 and 35.
Place the decreases as shown in the previous instruction, one stitch in from each end.
If this isn’t clear, let us know which size you’re making, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.

Your pattern looks just the way it should with notes, rows and instructions checked off. Well done.

That helps so much - I seemed to have it in my head that I only had 8 rounds to go but I understand what to do now! Thank you so so much - little nephew now has sleeves!!
