Confused a bit

Okay I’m doing this pattern https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/summer-night-in-inverness

I’m not a new knitter just a bit rusty and the bit I can’t figure out is how she is getting 203 stitches with two yarn overs and two make ones. Do I count the body only or all of it?

Welcome!
Every time you repeat the rows 4 & 5 for the shawl, you’ll increase 4sts. The pattern starts with 15sts, adds 4sts (2 yo, 2 m1) and then you repeat the rows 4&5 until you have 203sts. That’ll be 46 repeats or 92 more rows.
It’s a very graceful shawl. Enjoy working it.
