Confuse reading the pattern

Hi, i need help with the following pattern… i’ve just started knitting not too long n this is only my 3rd project - sweater vest and am stuck in the armhole shaping part…
pattern as follow-
BO 6 sts at beg of next 2 rows
BO 2 sts at beg of next 2 rows
DEC ROW: K2, SSK, knit to last 4 sts, k2tog, k2
Rep dec row EOR 7 times more
Rep dec row every 4th row 3 times
what does rep dec row EOR (end of round/row) 7 times more mean?
and also rep dec row every 4th row 3 times mean too? it really puzzle me and the book didn’t say much abt it… hope some kind soul will be able to help me… thks!

EOR is every other row. If you call the “DEC ROW: K2, SSK, knit to last 4 sts, k2tog, k2” row 1 then you should decrease on rows3,5,7,9,11,13,15 (which is 7 more decrease rows). Then decrease every 4th row which would be rows 19,23,27.

thanks so much for clearing my doubt…thanks again…
