Confuse about the patterns

Anyone help to explain the following:

As I have knittet 12 rows from the instruction and enter the 12th shows:

1st to 10th row sets position of st-st and fable panels.

Working 1 rows inc 1st at each end as before in next and every foll row, working inc sts inti st-st and cable panels.

We need more info can you please post a pattern name and link?

12th row: p6, k1, p4, k1, p6, k1, p4, k1, p6
1st to 10th row sets position of st-st and cable panels.
Keeping continuity of patt as set ( throughout) work 1 rows inc 1 st at each end as before in next and every foll row, working inc sets intimate st-st an d cable panels.
Work 5 rows more without shaping.
Divide for top
Next row: patt 13 , turn, leave rem 19 sts on a ditch holder.
My question is: I have knitted 12th rows as show, how should I knit now? What dose it mean: Patt 13 ?

For row 13 and each following row, increase at each end. So instead of increasing every other row, from now on you’ll be increasing every row. You can make the increase as a knit stitch if that’s easier and then on the next row work it into the pattern.

For row 13: k1,m 1,k5, p1, k4, p1, c6B, p1, k4, p1, k5, m1, k1.
row 14: p1, m1, p6, k1, p4, k1, p6, k1, p4, k1, p6, m1 p1.

When you next come to a cable cross row, (every 6 rows) you’ll now have enough sts to add an extra cable into the pattern (areas for cable cross bolded).

When the instructions say “pattern 13” they mean to work 13sts in whatever pattern you’re doing. So if it’s p1, k4, p1 etc, work those 13 sts then turn as if you were at the end of a row. You’ll work the sts remaining on the left needle later.
