I am a new knitter who learned the combined method from my mother (who learned it from her mother…) I love knitting this way, as i find it to be efficient, comfortable and vey fast, but asI am beginning to branch out and try more advanced stitches that involve increases and decreases, I need to know how to convert the western style instructions to the way i knit. From what i understand, the yarn is twisted differently in the combined method, thus affecting stithes other than basic knits and purls. The video on this site was very helpful, but I need some more advice or resources.
