Is anyone fluent in French enough to translate this pattern for me? I so would appreciate any help. I can figure out some things, but don’t want to mess up because pattern deals with short rows. Wish I had found your site a long, long time ago.

I can’t be sure enough to give you the instructions. Yes, short rows. There is a group on Ravelry that will do limited translations and you might try them.
