Clarification needed in pattern - help please :)

I am knitting Ella Rae’s “Fantasia Cushion” -

Pattern for pillow starts:
1st row knit
2nd row p6 turn
3rd row sl1 k5
4th row p10, turn
5th row sl1, k9
etc…
ending with the 25th row as knit (total of 51 stitches)
making a right triangle shape (kind of like a skinny pizza shape).

I need a bit more clarification with the end of 25 row pattern. it says this:

these 25 rows form repeat.
repeat these 25 rows, 15 times more.
cast off.

— I understand that the 25 rows need to be repeated 15 more times, and that they form the pattern - but do i start with the 25th pattern and work back up (25th, 24th, 23rd row etc…) or do i start with row 1 again?

If you have made this pillow before by Ella Rae I would love some guidance please! Thank you so much? or if anyone understand my question, i truly appreciate it! Thanks a ton!

I’m not familiar with this pattern and haven’t done it, but the directions:

these 25 rows form repeat.
repeat these 25 rows, 15 times more.
cast off.

should mean to do the 25 rows again in the same order you did them the first time.

When you repeat a pattern’s rows, you always go back to row 1, unless it says to start with another row.
