I am having troubles understanding this flat stocking pattern. I have 10 stitches each for the heel and 26 stitches in the middle on a holder. The pattern is asking:
With RS facing and same yarn, pick up and k 10 sts along the side of the heel, k 26 stitches from holder , pickup and k 10 sts along other side of heel, k 10 from holder – 66 sts.
Not sure what this means. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Can you give us a link to the pattern or its name and where you got it? Have you knit the 10 sts ea needle for the heel in rows to make a flap?
