Choosing Yarn for Einstein Coat

Please help me choose a yarn for an Einstein Coat (in Sally Melville’s book The Knit Stitch). I need a bulky yarn, wool or wool blend. I don’t like scratchy yarn but since this is a coat it won’t matter much. I was thinking of Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Bulky or Reynold’s Lopi. Do either of these pill very much? I don’t want to be picking of pills constantly, feeling like my coat needs a shave. I’m open to other yarn suggestions as well, as long as it’s not TOO expensive.

Yes, I know about the Knit Along. Just wanted info and opinions on yarns for it. I’ll ask over there, and check back here as well. I’m a fairly new knitter so I’m not familiar with many of the yarns out there. Thanks.
