Was it my imagination or did someone here make a kid’s felted tulip hat? I know I saw one somewhere, it was red, I just can’t remember where it was! 
If anyone knows of one, could you kindly post where to find it? My SIL likes tulips (no, I’m not ready for the KP tulip socks yet), and I thought it would be fun to make my niece a tulip hat for Easter.
