Checkered Scarf

So I know that this is way super easy and for you awesome knitters that have been doing this for 20+ years, this will seem like child’s play to you (probably even for you 10+ years knitters too!), but I was super proud of how it turned out and have many compliments from people who thought I bought it at the store!

I got the pattern from Coats & Clark on Ravelry, another FREE pattern and the information about the needle size and yarn I used is here on my Ravelry page.

Fun, fun, fun! :muah:

Oh, that’s pretty!
I’ve only been knitting for about 2 1/2 years but I think people who’ve been knitting longer will think it’s a beauty too.

Love the colors in your scarf. It’s just beautiful!

Thanks! I was really excited about how the colors changed. I am a huuuuuuuge fan of multicolored yarn like that.

Thanks! :muah:

I think it’s gorgeous! (even though I’ve only been knitting since last February).

Beautiful scarf and justly one to be proud of. The colors are gorgeous. Just looking at them warms you!

Thank you! It is a super, duper easy pattern, but it looks like it takes a lot more effort.

Thank you so much, I really felt warm looking at the yarn too… that’s why I bought it! :happydance:

That’s just beautiful, love the colours. I love working with self striping yarn too, part of the fun is seeing how it evolves.

Right? I had no idea how it was actually going to turn out and was thrilled when it striped the way it did!

The colors are absolutely breathtaking! Reminiscent of an end of summer sunset, before the maple leaves begin to turn. Very nicely done.

Aww! Thanks! Autumn is my favorite and anything that can help make me feel autumny is a good thing.

It is very pretty and I love the colorway

Thank you!

ooh cute! it seriously does looks like you bought it at a shop!

Thank you!
