I understand the written part of the pattern. And I understand the color changes. However I have never read a chart that had decreases without a symbol indicating where to decrease? I’m kind of lost.
It is a little confusing but you do see this sometimes in charts. Work the round and when you come to the little steps, knit 2 together. So for round 1, knit 12, knit 2 together and then knit one. For round 2 knit 11, k2together, knit one and continue in this manner, decreasesing one stitch between the k2togs on each round.
