My knitting club makes a (whatever stitch you want to use) 2 foot by 5 foot afgans to give to people in crisis…like a house fire victim or car crash victim. We give these to the local hospital. You have no idea how comforting they are for the person you wrap one around in their time of need.
It’s very thoughtful and a wonderful charity. Thank you for the suggestion.
